With studies and accumulated experience in business law, he specializes in providing legal advice to companies in commercial, labor and regulatory matters, corporate structures, tax regimes, innovation, intellectual property and those related to their ordinary line of business.

Maintains experience related to the registration and financing of ships, specifically in the registry of Title of Ownership of Ships, Flagings, Mortgages and their amendments or addenda at the Public Registry of Property of Ships of the Maritime Authority of Panama. Likewise, he worked as Legal Advisor of the Legal Affairs, Lobbying and Citizen Security Department of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama, one of the most representative associations of the private sector in the Republic of Panama, providing legal advice to the member companies, its Board of Directors and Executive Committee on the regulations in force applicable to companies in Panama and carrying out legislative follow-up and lobbying in the National Assembly on the Projects and Preliminary Draft Law in discussion related to the business sector. At the same time, he participated in discussion meetings and review or drafting of legal regulations on regulatory matters of the different industries represented in the country.

EDUCATION: Degree in Law and Political Science from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Santa María la Antigua University (Cum Laude) / Diploma in Finance for Non-Financial, Universidad Latina de Panama / Master in Private Law with emphasis on Commercial Law, Law and Political Sciences of the University of Panama / Specialization in Legal Tech and Innovation from The George Washington University School of Business / Master in Business Law at ADEN (in progress).

EDUCATION: Degree in Law and Political Science at the Faculty of Laws of the Universidad Latina de Panamá.

Maintains extensive experience in the negotiation and preparation of real estate contracts, preparation of banking contracts, presentation and follow-up of procedures in the Public Registry, ANATI, MIVIOT, DGI, ACODECO and the Municipality of Panama and incorporation of properties to the Horizontal Property Regime. In the same way, she worked as a Corporate Lawyer within a major multinational company with presence in North America, Central America and South America, which is the independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructures, being in charge of the preparation, management and coordination of Contracts registry of Leases, Purchase, Amendments and Usufruct; management and coordination of the official presentation of documents in state institutions such as Public Registry and ANATI, for cases of possessory rights in the country; realization of Due Diligence of the properties and representation of the company before banks and other financial institutions.
