Rhafic Keridine
With studies and accumulated experience in Business Law, specializes in providing legal advice to companies on commercial, labor, and regulatory matters, corporate structures, tax regimes, innovation, intellectual property, and issues related to their everyday business operations.
He has experience in ship registration and financing, specifically in the registration of Ship Titles, Flagging, Mortgages, and amendments or addenda in the Public Ship Property Registry of the Panama Maritime Authority. He also worked as Legal Advisor for the Legal Affairs, Lobbying, and Public Safety Directorate at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture of Panama, one of the most representative private sector organizations in the Republic of Panama. In this role, he provided legal counsel to member companies, the Board of Directors, and Executive Committee on current regulations applicable to businesses in Panama, while also tracking and lobbying at the National Assembly regarding Bills and Draft Bills relevant to the business sector. He participated in discussion forums and the review or drafting of legal regulations on regulatory matters for the various industries represented in the country
EDUCATION: Law and Political Science degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Universidad Santa María la Antigua (Cum Laude) / Diploma in Finance for Non-Finance Professionals from Universidad Latina de Panamá / Master’s in Private Law with emphasis on Commercial Law from the Universidad de Panamá. / Specialization in Legal Tech and Innovation from The George Washington University School of Business / Master’s in Business Law at ADEN (ongoing)

Marvis Requena Pitti
EDUCATION: Law and Political Science degree from the Faculty of Law at Universidad Latina de Panamá.
Marvis has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting real estate contracts, banking agreements, handling and following up on procedures with the Public Registry, ANATI, MIVIOT, DGI, ACODECO, and the Municipality of Panama, as well as incorporating properties into the Horizontal Property Regime. She also worked as a Corporate Attorney for a major multinational company with operations in North America, Central America, and South America. This company owns and operates wireless communication infrastructure and Marvis was responsible for drafting, managing, and coordinating the registration of Lease Contracts, Purchase Agreements, Amendments, and Usufructs; managing and coordinating the official submission of documents to state institutions like the Public Registry and ANATI for possession rights cases in the country; conducting property Due Diligence; and representing the company before banks and other financial institutions.
